Yes, the mailing service includes printing them and mailing them.

That means that if you order 5000 mailing service mailers that they would need to be delivered within a 5 mile radius of any given spot on the map.

If you order the "mailing service" then the cost of postage would be included. If you order "print only" then we would ship it to you for you to do the mailing.

We do all the design work on our end. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email to gather any details in order to put a proof together. Nothing goes to production unless you approve the design via email first.

Yes, any mailing service production would require it's own mailing process, paperwork and drop-off and need to go out all at once. So, a separate mailing would require it's own production order. They can be 4 orders of 5000 placed all at once and mailed at different times. But, 20k could not be split into separate runs.
